高强度、高耐磨梯齿型接链环采用了富含Cr、Ni、Mo原色的高合金钢制造而成，在可控气氛多用炉中完成渗透碳热处理工艺，具有高耐磨（硬度HV800以上，渗碳深度0.1d，有效硬化层深度0.05）、高强度（破断应力400N/mm以上）、安装方便（水平和垂直都能使用）的特点，广泛应用在电厂捞渣机传统系统上，并可提供常规热处理的通用型接链环。高强度、高耐磨梯齿型接链环中环外形尺寸符合DIN22258 Part1 和 MT/T99标准要求。

渗碳梯齿型接链环垂直安装使用时，一定要注意装配方向，保证上方箭头与传动方向一致。

 Please be aware of the fitting direction when assembling for vertical use, keep the top arrow direction same with the transmission direction.
